Before registering for the class please read the rules of the ESKMS certification.
1. The certification only applied to the person who has been registered, took the seminar and passed the certification. It is not transferable. (If you are an instructor who is certified, you can can't as a non-certified instructor working in the same school, club, studio or dojo teach this information.)
2. The certification is good for two years from the moment of passing the exam. You can't teach with an expired certification.
3. By applying to be certified, you pledge that you are a martial arts instructor, either owner or employee of the school.
4. You agree not to teach the material until you have passed two video tests.
(Test 1, the video of you performing the routine which must be submitted to ElasticSteel Corp for review, Test 2, the video of you teaching the routine which must be submitted to Elasticsteel Corp for review.)
5. You pledge that you have obtained the rights to the footage. (The person who owns the location, assists or stars in the video, beside you, must give you the permission to use their work, likeness and image. This applies to all footage that you submit to ElasticSteel Corp.)
6. You understand that ElasticSteel Corp. and its affiliates, reserves the right to use your name, and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes, all the footage submitted, to utilize for instructional, promotional and other purposes.
7. You pledge not to share the instructional material (video, picture or written) with anyone, who is not registered for the class.
8. The routine is designed to be used as a whole. Parts of the routine cannot be used separately. You promise to use the whole intact routine, for the duration of an average class lasting 50-60 minutes.
9. You understand that you have two attempts to pass each of the two video tests. If the first attempt is not successful, you will be give corrections and suggestion for the second attempt. If the second attempt is not successful, no certification will be given.
10. You understand that you cannot reproduce the information provided in ESKMS in part or in whole for any video/motion picture purpose except in order to send in your video for certification purposes. It is prohibited to make copies of this information and re-sell it in any form whatsoever, except to teach it live and in person only by the person certified, to students at a martial arts school, or other such schools.
11. By applying for the course and the certification, you agree to all the conditions above.

To begin the course please do the following:
1. Copy and paste the 10 conditions into a blank sheet of paper. Hand write "Print your Name". agree to uphold the 10 conditions written above. "Sign your name. Please include your school name, the style and the rank.
2. Fax this information to 718 228 8626( you can also take a clear picture with your phone and send it to [email protected] instead of faxing.)
Include the email address in the fax, to which the login and password details will be sent to.
