Frequently Asked Questions about Online Seminars
To help you better understand how these seminars work we've put together this FAQ list.
Q. Are these seminars live? No, all of the ElasticSteel Online seminars, are pre-recorded and are available for you to view them on your computer through the internet. Q. Do I have to be online at a certain time of the day to view these classes? No, you do not need to be online at a certain time of the day. These classes are pre-recorded in order to give you the freedom you need to choose when its most convenient for you to view each and every class. For example, if the only time that you have to view and practice these classes is at 4:00 a.m. you can do that. If you want to see each class at 2 p.m. you can do that as well. It's really up to you when and how often you can view these classes. Q. Do I have to have internet connection in order to view these classes? Yes, you must have internet connection. Q. Can I just download each video and then view them without having access to the Internet? No, you may not download any of the videos Q. Will I be getting discs of the course at the end of the course by mail? No, you will not be getting any discs at the end of the course by mail Q. If I can't download any of the videos, can I view them online as many times as I want? Yes, You will be able to view each class as many times as you wish, for the duration of the course, until its completed. For example if the seminar is 12 weeks, you will have until the end of week 12 to view each course. However, you will not be able to save it on your computer to refer to it again after the course is over. Just like in any live seminar, you are there to see the seminar for a certain period of time, and then you go home and no longer have access to that information, beyond the notes and or handouts that you had. The same works here. You will have access to all the videos (as they progress) for the duration of each course (12 weeks, 15 weeks, etc.), but once you complete the course you complete your access to the videos ends. Q. Okay, so each course is a certain number of weeks in length, I understand that, but what if I have to skip a week, does it mean that I will miss out on that class? No, you can come back the next week and be able to view the class that you missed. Just keep in mind that you only have 12 weeks (84 days) total from the moment that you start the course to have access to it. So regardless of how many lessons you have watched, after 84 days your access to the classes is going to be completed. Q. Will I be getting any sort of pdf downloads about the course? Yes, some courses will have "handouts" to help you understand the material better. Q. If I signed up to get a certificate at the end of the course, what will I need to do? The second week after the course starts you will receive an email explaining the steps you need to take to complete the course and tests/material that you need to send in to qualify for the certificate If you have any other questions, which were not answered here, please contact us here. |
